Can you mount two images on same drive Daemon tools lite? - mount e blade guide

I used Daemon Tools Lite and 4 virtual drives. I wonder if you mount an image on another, and both programs continue working? Since I am the Sims 3 in the E: drive so I can like Call of Duty ride on it and then they both have to continue working? I think I deleted the Sims 3 ISO image, but the program still works. Help please!
